It's all in one Seed

The flower in all its glory, with its fresh leaves. A month later, discovered by the birds that peck at the seeds. Then, later in the season, all that remains is the shell of a heart and shrivelled-up leaves. Only for the cycle to begin anew when seed falls from the sunflower into the earth. I am still amazed by the unbelievable variety of colours and shapes in nature, and also by the scientific patterns, such as the sunflower with its spiralling seeds arranged in a specific sequence (the Fibonacci sequence). It was an almost impossible job to model these bronze sunflowers.
