All varieties of dachshund (this is a wirehaired one) are generally happy, smart and independent dogs, who can be quite stubborn and don't like to be left alone. Alright, he enjoyed being in the studio, and even consented to posing every now and then. He seemed to enjoy the attention he got from the sculptor.
